Anyone have a quick tasty recipe for using lamb mince - I need inspiration!

Yeah a good idea but I want something that doesnt take too long to cook...

Unfortunately no, cupboards are quite bare... sounds tasty though

No pitta, having a real Mother Hubbard day - have rice, potatoes, garlic, some cherrie tomatoes, pasta some canned tomatoes and ummm, I really need to go shopping.

Spiced African Lamb Bake - sautee onion, add mince, fry off, then add garlic, curry powder, turmeric. Add rice, then stock, chopped apricots/raisins, almonds. Cover and simmer til rice cooked. Add tabasco, turn into ovenproof dish, level, then pour over 1 egg beaten with 1/4 pt milk and more tabasco. Bake til golden gas 4 . Really good, takes a little while but little fiddling. Happy to give more precise ingredients list if of interest.

Make lamb burgers with mint and lemon juice - yummy!

Thanks all - made burgers with garlic and rosemary and served with rice and green tomato chutney - went shopping today, too.
