Is it normal for babies to do bigger dumps in their nappies after starting food?
dd (6months) has just begun food and she did an enormous poo this morning - alot more than normal and went EVERYWHERE:

Would reusable nappies hold it all in better.. have been hoeing and humming about getting them?

I have a feeling it's normal for YOUR baby, Papillon!
Hum... do reusables contain better? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. You don't know unless you try. 6 months is a good age to start with reusables because most sizes you would buy now really should last through potty training.

Dd has done some of these since starting solids although hers was VERY runny before and had to change her clothes twice a day. Her poo is generally more contained now apart from one that even reached her hair and floor!
One tip - weetabix causes explosions - big time!!
