What about a smoothie? you can cram alsorts of fruit and veg in. Pop a straw in and it's all gone?

Don't ask me for recipes though as I've never made one in my life!

i would suggest:

  • keep a diary. just so you can see what she does actually eat.
  • give her a set time to eat something. with DD if it's not eaten after 20 minutes, it goes in the bin.
  • reward. DD didn't eat her lunch at school so she got a pebble every time she ate most of her food and after ten pebbles she got a prize (magazine, toy, trip to the park etc, not food!)
  • give her a choice between two things. DD also likes helping with getting her packed lunch together.
