What is in a dried yeast for a breadmaker?

I am careful what I eat & was wondering what was in this little packet I use everyday

I can't see any ingredients (but it is late on a sunday) is it just yeast or are there additives?

think it is just yeast - i have heard you can dry your own if you make a sourdough starter (that is what i use atm)
