How do I cook roast prok in a microwave??? URGENT

Can I cook the whole joint or do I need to slice it before microwaving it???? It had only been in the oven for 20 mins.

You can cook joints in the microwave, but I have a vague memory that you need a special microwavable thermometer to check the inside gets hot enough.

I would slice it and do the slices, just to be sure it is 'done'
