my folks are over and we went to a Bush Tucker restaurant tonight and the mighty whopping portion of kangaroo was interesting and tasty on the first mouthful and overpowering and rank on the second.

just wondered if it floated anyone elses's boat

i like it very much, but then i like venison and they're quite similar. (but skippy is a good bit gamier, i agree.)

Tastes a bit like lamb - delicious if cooked properly!
