Home made fish fingers recipe?

I use Enids recipe for chicken nuggets - can I just substitute fish for chicken?

I have salmon - should I blitz it in processor to mash it a bit or just cut into fingers and coat?

Just cut whatever fish you have into strips (and make sure there are no bones lurking). Dip into plain flour, shake off excess. Then dip into whisked egg and finally into breadcrumbs (I just make them by whizzing a couple of slices of bread in the food processor). Fry in pan or bake in oven
