Cutting out dairy... what to replace it with?

Ds (13 weeks) is breastfed and is on medication (gaviscon and ranitidine) for reflux. I am considering cutting out dairy products for a while to see if that has any effect. But... I am a massive dairy eater, eat loads of cheese, drink loads of milk... I love the stuff . What foods/drinks do I need to replace it all with to make sure I still get all the nutrients I need? Apparently if I'm cutting dairy for this purpose I should also avoid soya products.

Goatsmilk is fine but you need to take an iron supplement.

Chickpeas and, unfortunately, broccoli have loads of calcium I believe!

There is a special baby milk that you can get on perscription that is dairy free, it may be worth seeing if your doctor can help you out.

If your cutting it out then you could try rice milk.

I had to do this when bfing ds. As it turned out, I could eat cheese and yogurt and it didn't affect him. But milk and ice cream were no-no's. I substituted soy milk - the vanilla version was ok once I got used to it.
