I cooked a roast dinner on Friday and plated up another dinner to have yesterday along with some leftover chicken.

I didn't eat ie yesterday, do you think it would be ok to heat up tonight? ALong with the veg?

So you're talking about heating it up for a 3rd time, but the first time was when it was initally cooked? How many days ago was it actually first cooked?

If it's been kept cold all this time and seems fine otherwise, I would probably eat it. I imagine you're supposed to heat it up really piping hot, first, but I'd be the one eating it cold on a sarnie....

I'd eat it.

No, i've only cooked it once and then it went in the fridge. I've got some chicken that could be eaten cold, just wondering whether I can heat the roast dinner up. I would have yesterday just not sure I can after 2 days though.
