strawberries for a toddler, how to serve?

dd2 screamed for a punnet of straberries today, so have bought some, but what the heck do i do with them? just de-stalk them, wash them and let her tuck in, or something fancier.

I'd just chop them up and stick them in a dish.

I cut them in half or quarters, so ds can chew qwhole pieces in his mouth. sometimes straweberries this early can be a bit 'tough' (like uncooked turnip). try putting yoghourt on them too.
