Or any other pumpkin recipes? Have a huge pumpkin, but have never tried actually cooking it before.

i made soup yesterday from ours: saute onion, add ground turmeric, cumin and coriander, then shove in pumpkin (roasting it first in olive oil, after scooping out seeds makes it taste sweeter but you can just shove it in) and add stock. whizz up with blender and add cream just before serving. add bits when serving (eg cubes of bacon, croutons, garlic mushrooms)

9 oz s/r flower
1/2 tsp bicarb of soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinammon
1.5tsp mixed spice
5 oz granulated sugar
3 oz raisins

mix in bowl

200ml pumpkin puree (take the pumpkin chunks and simmer for 15 minutes then puree then seive to get puree)
150ml milk
90ml sunflower oil
2 tbsp honey
1 egg

mix in other bowl

mix wet into dry (don't overstir)

into muffin cases .. 20 - 25 mins in oven at 190 ish

(if using cake cases just bake for 15 mins
