How long can you keep it in the fridge - Dh overdone it a bit for DS1's birthday cake for tomorrow!!!

I've frozen it successfully!

really? might give that a go then SD - not sure how many more orange iced fairy cakes I want at the mo!

I would imagine you'd feel sick after not very many TBH.

The butter icing froze fine. Went well with a frzen chunk of choc birthday cake which was surplus to requirements.
