Any suggestions for Lamb steaks?

I've never cooked lanmb before. Fancied a change but not actually sure what to do with it

I season with a bit of black pepper and chuck em in the oven for about 30 mins. serve with mash and veg and really thick gravy - don't forget the mint sauce!

Smear with english (or fancy) mustard then dip in brown sugar & grill
