Mainly the leeks need eating as they are stinking my fridge out . Come on ladies I know someone has an easy but delicious (as good as THE lemon drizzle cake?!) recipe. Challenge set...

fry up the leeks until soft and stuff the chicken breasts with them. Wrap in bacon and stick in the oven for 25 mins

casserole?

chikcen and leek pie .. need pastry and white sauce

leek and potato soup .. need stock and potato

(is the chicken breast?)

Chicken, leek and bacon in a white sauce. If you're up to making pastry (or can buy some) then you've got a stonking pie.

chicken and leek lasagne - we're having it for tea tomorrow night
