I have a nice Raymond Blanc one using sultanas soaked in tea (sounds vile but is very tasty). I can dig it out if you want or are you looking for something more simple - this recipe is easy actually.

Also have lovely Ainsley Harriot Asian /Chinese style one from his BBQ Bible where pork is marinated in soy, honey, 5 spice etc then cooked in either hot oven or bbq and served finely sliced in iceberg lettuce, with spring onions and cucumber.

Slice it, dip in beaten egg then breadcrumbs.

Pop into pan. Cover with boiling water then simmer for about an hour. Tastes delicious, lovely sauce, falls apart so tender!

Serve with mash and veg

Sorry, forgot to say brown it first before adding the water.

Cut little cm cuts along it, insert slivers of garlic, put some cider vinegar over it, some thyme/sage/salt pepper. Roast for 45 mins. Serve with mash.

my mum does it in the oven with a really sticky concoction of honey, soy sauce, ketchup (?) and other bits and pieces

delicious

The Ainsley one is as follows

2 450gm pork fillets
5cm piece fresh ginger peeled
1 lg garlic clove
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp light soft brown sugar
1 tsp five spice 2 tbsp sunflower oil
2tbsp clear honey

and to serve

strips of cucumber, spring onions, plum sauce, iceberg lettuce

Grate ginger and squeeze out juice into non metallic dish. Add all rest of marinade indredients and mix well

Add pork fillets and leave for at least 2 hours

BBQ pork for about 20 mins (I put in hot oven for about 15). Leave to rest before carving into v thin slices and roll up in lettuce with onions and cucumber like puck in pancakes!

This is v yummy!
