how to make savoury pancakes??

I'm fine with standard pancakes but presumably you don't include sugar with savoury version?

Anyone have a recipe?

Don't put the sugar in?

is that it? wonder if you need salt or additional ingredient?

I tend to use the same recipie, flour milk egg and then only decide it's 'gender' with what I put on top or in it.

I never put sugar in normal pancakes anyway!
Make pancakes fill with stuffing of choice ie spinach yum, roll and pour on cheese sauce, sprinle with cheese and bake

actually what am I on about - I don't put sugar in pancake mixture anyway
