I just made the salmon en croute with fennel and watercress sauce and it was bloody horrible. A waste of good salmon. Tested this as a possible dinner party stand-by but a definite NO. My kids also tried it and found sauce insipid and salmon 'boring', even though they had pan fried salmon for dinner and love it. A big disappointment. Anyone else tried it yet?
