Haven't got one I could point you to, but this is how I make ours.

one onion - chopped
one red pepper - diced
half an aubergine - diced
one courgette - diced
mushrooms (about 4) - sliced
tall jar of passata (sieved tomatoes)
tbl sp tomato puree or ketchup
two veg stock cubes
pepper & mixed herbs to season
tin of tuna in water

Gently fry the onion and red pepper until soft (~5mins). Add the diced courgette and aubergine. Put lid on pan and 'sweat' for 10mins stirring occasionally (add more oil if necessary, but the juice should come out of the aubergine and stop it from sticking). Add half-3/4 of the passata, the tomato puree, stock cubes, herbs and pepper (add a tiny bit of boiled water if it's too thick). Simmer for ~10mins. Add drained tuna at the end and heat through for about 4-5mins.

I do pasta bows in another pan, drain, and then add the two together into the largest pan. Spoon into a lasagne dish and put crushed crisps (usually Walkers lites, salted) and cheese on top. Under the grill to crisp off - YUMMY
