Slow Cooker Cookbook Recommendations...

....please! I'm quite adventurous, but more of a last-minute cook, and would really appreciate recommendations for a slow cooking book I could ask for for my birthday or Christmas. Have a large slow cooker I've only used once, and that was only for serving food at a party.

Thank you.

I use my slow cooker loads.
From soups and stews to mousaka!
Any one pot cook book would be good

I was looking in my local bookshop for the same thing recently - they didn't have a huge selection even though it was a big shop. There are lots on Amazon but I think you need to go and have a flick through a few to see if they suit your style of cooking. Some are American and I personally wouldn't go for one of those due to the different ways of measuring ingredients and also some ingredients may not be easily available here.

I thought this one on Amazon looked interesting though!

Anything not to cook like my mother - she really didn't have a clue! Will look at the Lakeland one next time I'm out shopping. Thank you! I know I should be grown up enough to use it by my age but it just seemed to pass me by.
