Flapjack recipe with seeds and dried fruit?

Does anyone have a nice flapjack recipe what contains seeds and dried fruit? And preferably condensed milk too?

Nigella breakfast bars

Thanks but nigella ones have no butter in it.

I want ones that are soft like supermarket ones but contain nuts and dried fruit too.

Any ideas?

The Nigella ones are really nice, I make a lot. If you want them softer just cook for 5 minutes less.

The Best Ever granola bars - the recipe is very forgiving as in I tot up the weight of dry ingredients and then make up that weight with whatever I have handy (oats and seeds wise). Bake til golden and eat as many as you like because after all they are very healthy!!
