Chicken curry freezer question

I made a chicken curry from a jar of pataks sauce on Thursday as the chickens use by date was thursday. I left it in fridge after cooking as I thought we'd be eating it at weekend, but we forgot and went out instead. My question is, can I still freeze it and reheat another day? Or is four days in fridge too long and I should chuck it's?

Never worth the risk. Chuck it.

Reheat it until it's piping hot all the way through, cool it and then you can freeze it. It will be fine.
