Really into bread making at the moment but would love to be able to enjoy the fresh bread in the morning. Can I do stage 1 and two the night before then bake in the oven as soon as I wake up?
I mean, can I prepare the dough, knead, let rest for an hour....then knead again and at that point leave till the following morning? In the fridge? Or will it just be a waste of time?
