Baking for kids with allergies

Hi I am looking for baking recipes for children I look after.

One is allergic to wheat and dairy, the other is allergic to eggs and pineapple.

We are also trying to avoid over processed foods eg using oats, coconut flour and almond meal rather than gluten free flour mixes, and prefer to use coconut oil over other fats, and honey/ maple syrup over other sugars.

Neither has a nut allergy, however school is nut free, and I would like to give them treats in their lunch boxes sometimes, so nut free recipes are preferable.

I have this one !
I was searching for recipes myself - I ended up using a lovely one, but it has eggs in!
225g almond meal
50g brown sugar
1 tbsp ground flax seed mixed with equal amount of water
50g coconut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir together all ingredients. Mix well.

Scoop onto cookie sheets. Bake 8-13 minutes or until lightly browned.
