took the above from the freezer for dinner tonight but have no inspiration what to do with it when I get home. Could buy small additions like cream etc on the way home from work but no time to shop for too much. Any ideas pleaseeeeeeeeeee.

I made a fab fish curry last night. I cheated and used some Pataks madras paste(which is bloody good). Sauteed onions, garlic and red peppers in a little oil, added the curry paste(only about 2 tblspns) and about a tblespn of tomato paste and stirred it in. I then added about 1/2 a pint of vegetable stock and let it cook for about 20-30 minutes. Then I added chunks of salmon and some halved green beans and cooked for a further 5-7 mins. I stirred in about 1/2 a cupful of fat free natural yoghurt just before serving and it was totally fab and easy!!!

or do a nice creamy seafood!

poach the salmon in milk for 5 mins (with some black peppercorns thrown in). Cook some onions in butter add a little flour mix in the milk from the salmon. Add peas, salmon and prawns.

Simple and yum!

Thanks for the suggestions. I did Marslady's creamy sauce, (had everything already in cupboard) and served it with fresh pasta was fab and really quick and easy. Will deffo try the other suggestions as well.
