Hi folks. Can anyone suggest some yoghurts which don't have masses of sugar please? I don't want the fat free ones either. My two dds love yoghurt and I want them to eat it but I would prefer healthier types if possible.

TIA
xx

DD is 14 months and loves plain, natural full fat yoghurt. She has it with blueberries or raspberries usually. I've never given her any other yoghurt because I'm worried if she has flavoured/sugary stuff she won't ever want plain yoghurt again!

Yeo valley Greek yogurt is lovely, DCs eat it plain, with honey or fruit purees, compotes a lot. And Yeo valley plain yogurt is good too, if you want a less stiff yogurt.

Lidl Turkish is fab, thicker than the Greek and about £1.50 for 1kg tub. We add frozen blueberries or raspberries. Just take some out the night before to defrost. Or add a little honey.
