what to do with a coconut

So DS just asked for a coconut and I have obligingly purchased him one. He's drunk the water from it but what can I do with all the flesh?

Cut the flesh into cubes and give it to him as a snack. Grated coconut can be used as a topping for salad or even on icecreams! These are easy options but if you feel a bit adventurous make a curry from scratch

Once you've finished the coconut, fill the shells with a mixture of lard, peanut butter & seeds & hang outside for the birds.
