Mega exciting frozen chicken thread - ideas pls

Okay am being too lazy to trawl the archives. Have a plateful of frozen chick breasts for tea. Thought about uninspiring casserole but would have to do a bit of force feeding as kids don't really like.

Any ideas please? Am stuck in chicken rut. Further limited by not really being able to afford loads of fancy ingredients, but could run to the odd thing........

marinade in a bit of soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic, delishioso. Could have with noodles, spring onions, peppers. What do you have in your cupboards?

Have got garlic, peppers, pots, carrotts, onions - could try yours MadadmeMM - might go and gather the other few things, so thanks!!

Chicken parcels?
Put chicken boob on a square of tin foil. Add sliced peppers, onions, mushrooms. Season & dot with butter. Add a tablespoon of single cream if you are feeling naughty. Wrap up foil int oa parcel around the chicken and bake at 180/Gas 4 for about 25-30 minutes. Serve with baked potatoes or wedges or mash

Thats easy, coat the chicken breast in egg and then dip into breadcrumbs. cook in the oven or shallow fry.

OR make up a packet of sage & onion stuffing, place in the middle of the chicken breast then wrap in bacon, cook in the oven. enjoy
