6:15pm on a Friday and I'm clocking off SAHM duties for a whole 40mins! YAY!

So while DH baths gets a soaking from the DCs I'm going to sit and relax get pissed over a glass bottle of something lovely.

I've got a bottle of The Doctor's Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from Waitrose, £8.99.

It's absolutley ruddy delicious, and quite frankly a bargain. Top quality, clean, crisp, zingy... kind of peppery like a ripe mango, in a good way. Let's just say it's slipping down nicely!!!

What's everyone else drinking tonight?

Over talking of stock wines, ours is Benjamin Daunault's Picpoul de Pinet from Naked Wines. Really fresh, light and too easy to drink - good crowd pleaser.

After a long day at work, just opened a bottle of prosecco. DH is doing dry January though so may have to finish the bottle myself!

Prosecco - celebrating exchanging on a house! So much for dry January!
