Need a quick answer to a slow cooker question please

Just finishing cooking a stew -on high to finish off.
Once dc's have had theirs,is it better to turn it to low,or turn it off to be reheated in a pan,for dh in 3 or 4 hours time?

Mine has a "Keep" button too keep it warm but reduce cooking.

But in your case, if leaving for 3-4 hours, I'd probably turn it off.
