I am looking for a manual grinder to puree baby food. My mum used to have a moulinex one and it has a crank that you turn to puree the food. You can use it at the table. I saw one in a magazine recently and forgot to write the details down, so I know they exist, but just cant find one. Does anyone know where I can get one?

I don't know about Moulinex handblender, but I'd definately recommend this one: here
I've used it for baby food mushing, mixing cake ingredients, smmothies and milkshakes. It's excellent, and cheap too. Mine cost £20 in Tesco, but I think they are even cheaper than that now.
HTH!

they certainly have one in lakeland as I was thinking about geting one for baby food - my sister had one. You can just put a portion of your dinner in and mash it up for baby can't you?

Theone that Jackie has linked to looks good - might get that!

I saw an Annabel Whatsername one in boots on sale for £6 a couple of days ago. Same idea, turn the handle and grind the food - think they've called it a baby mill or something...
