Hi, my baby is 7 months and well under way with solids particularly at lunch time. She has chicken/fish and veg. type meals. But for tea, we're still doing baby rice and puree. This is partly due to the time it takes to cook and freeze meals and partly because 3 days a week she's at nursery and there's little time to organize tea when we get in. I'd like some ideas for simple to prepare tea, not too much protein as she gets this in her lunch.
