stupid question I know but how do you make an omellette?

A really hot non-stick pan, add oil/butter, add beaten eggs, stir around for a minute until the bottom has set, flip a third over to the centre and over again, allow to cok for another minute, serve.

Here is the other version. I got it from someone on here. yummy.
2 eggs beaten with a little bit of milk, salt, pepper.

Chop baby tomatoes/bacon/ ham/spring onions or whatever, fry them first, add the eggs.

Cook at medium heat till edges come away a bit. Then stick it under the grill for maybe another 1 minute, although some people dont like this as can make rubbery. I think its fab!
