Left over chicken

Has anyone got any recipes for left over roast chicken? Nothing complicated, nothing spicy, only using ordinary ingredients as I need it for this afternoon to feed my unadventurous children! Thanks!

Hmm forgot to say, I can't use mushrooms as dh is intolerant to them. I have a lemon though. Any recipes using chicken and a lemon sauce?

I quite often reheat chicken in left over gravy for ds2 the day after the roast.

I used to always do a lovely chicken and avocado dish with left over roast chicken, but 3 of my children wouldn't touch avocado...

Now I don't like avocado...
