Best way to cook rib?

I bought some lovely looking (already marinated) pork spare ribs from the butcher, thinking they'd be easy to cook because people just BBQ them in the summer don't they?

But having had a quick Google, there seems to be loads of different advise, ranging from 45 minutes in the oven to 4 hours!

So, please, tell me!! Covered in foil or not covered in foil, what oven temp and how long for?

This one off Nigella's website should do you
One hour from start to finish. If it doesn't crisp up and go all sticky and lovely, shove it under the grill just before serving.

Thanks Jam, good to know they don't need to take that long! But, if they're already marinated, won't that all soak off if I boil them?
