I've recently split from my partner, complicated that we need to live together until the house is sorted though.
Please inspire me with your cooking for one ideas, ideally those that don't require loads of time in the kitchen as I'd rather retreat quickly to my room like a sulky team at the moment.
The only thing I have a reaction to eating is pineapple that causes a rash and I can't stand coconut. Everything else's fair game though.
Please help me get out of my curry ready meal and frozen pizza rut!
