I parboil the cauliflower in florets, drain and place in an ovenproof dish. Then make a basic roux (melt butter, add plain flour, cook off for a couple of mins, gradually add milk. Whe sauce thick enough, turn off heat and add grated cheese to taste. A dash of mustard with the sauce is nice. Pour over cauli and either grill or place in oven. Nice with breadcrumbs and grated cheese on top). Enjoy!

There is a brilliant recipe on the OCADO website - my 2.9 dd loves it and it is interesting enough for adults. From memory: par boil large cauli and split into florets then put in baking dish. Cut up one packet of salami into small pieces and heat in a pan along with a bunch of chopped spring onions. Take one tub of four cheese pasta sauce and heat, adding 2 tablspoons of mayonnaise and one tub of pre-grated parmesan. Combine salami/onions/pasta sauce and pour over cauli. Place in oven (I have AGA so red hot) for 15mins or until done. Bon appetit!
