cauliflower cheese...any recipes?

Does anyone have a good recipe for cauliflower cheese? Greatly appreciated!

i don't have a recipe i just usually make a basic cheese sauce with flour milk,cheese and pour it over cooked cauliflower! then bake it in the oven

I microwave whole cauli, then make basic cheese sauce, pour over, top with breadcrumbs, sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds & bake til golden & bubbly. Sometimes I put a teaspoon of French mustard in the sauce. Yum!

when i ws little mum used to put a chopped up boiled egg in the cauliflower cheese

sounds horrible, buts its very very nice honest!

i do it now for my dd's and they scoff it up

easy way to make the cheese sauce is to use creme fraiche and add cheese takes seconds and tastes yummy.

I do it with blue cheese. Not one for the kids though I guess!

I think anything too mild just gets lost on the relatively watery taste of cauliflower, so use a strong cheddar or top your cheese sauce with parmesan.

I also do what nannyjo does before adding the cheese. Can't be bothered starting from scratch!
