After an unusually abstemious Christmas (I'm BFing, the usual suspects drank less than usual without my bad influence so as not to leave me out) the small keg of Hobgoblin beer has gone unfinished.
There's only about a pint left but it's a bit too flat to drink while not being off.
What can I cook with it? DP is vegetarian so it needs to be a meat-free recipe. I was thinking veg stew but that's pretty boring...
