Advice please! I've made a large cake for DS birthday party tomorrow afternoon. It's a sponge covered in a hard(ish) chocolate ganache. I've put most of the decorations on but DS wants his favourite little biscuits stuck on the cake too.
If I stick the biscuits on now (with a dab of the ganache) will they be soft/soggy by tomorrow? Should I wait until the morning? It would be easier to get it done tonight
