What can I do with chicken thighs for a buffet

Honey and wholegrain mustard marinade
Sweet chilli glaze
In a red wine, tomato and mushroom sauce
Tandoori marinade
Orange and black pepper marinade
Southern fried chicken

Use the Smitten Kitchen Sweet & Smoky Spare Ribs recipe, but use the thighs instead of the ribs. Wrap up snugly in tinfoil and put in slow cooker on high for 4-6 hours. It's advisable to slightly reduce the chili/paprika amounts as otherwise you will blow the head off yourself. Delicious, and the thighs come out so tender. Also good for coeliacs.
