Hi All - am so bloomin bored of salmon that I vowed not to buy for a while then it was on offer in Sainsburys so couldn't resist. Usually do it asian style in the oven or plain. Any other ideas?? TIA

What about adding to a creamy pasta sauce?

salmon en croute

Wrapped in foil with some olive oil and herbs, baked in oven

As part of a posh fish pie - add cod or white fish

Nigel Slater has a recipe for salmon with basil butter, also one with cream & watercress sauce.

What about salmon fishcakes or adding it to a fish pie?

try Salmon in a bag - marinade fillets in olive oil, lemon juice and a bit of soya. Drizzle with honey. Add chopped leeks, green beans, mushrooms, baby sweetcorn (or whatever veg you fancy) and a tiny bit of water. Wrap the whole lot in foil and shove in the oven in a baking dish with an inch boiling water in for about 20 - 25 mins on 190 degrees - v tasty and quick.
