What could I serve them with? We don't eat meat but do fish and seafood.

I think they would go well with fish, or blitz them in a processor with some cream or cream cheese and serve as a warm puree with poached fish.

fry with chestnuts, cubed pre-cooked potatoes and parsnips serve with fried egg on top and brown sauce.

Halved, fried on flat side until browning, turn heat down a bit and add chestnuts, bean sprouts, ginger (fresh/frozen, minced/chopped, NOT powdered), garlic, soy sauce, sesame seeds. Cook, stirring, until bean sprouts wilt a bit. Delicious!

We had this without added protein, but I think it would go well with prawns.

They taste great shredded and stir fried in olive oil and mixed in with pasta. They also taste good shredded into coleslaw
