I've always been unsure about this..

What is the difference between a joint of ham, a joint of gammon and a bacon joint??

There, that's cutting edge stuff for a Friday isn't it?!

A ham is usually leg, bacon is usually stomach or collar and gammon is just a different name for bacon.
