Used a tiny bit for coconut ice, but what can I do with the rest? About 175g and I'm wheat intolerant... I was going to make more coconut ice, but forgot the icing sugar and no way am I going into another shop before Christmas!

You can use it for buttercream for cakes, for example. Just add the same amount of soft butter and whip (not sure if it's the right word) it until it's fluffy. It will be really sweet though.
