Total brainfart here!
2 x crowns, one is 1.95kg, other is 2.05kg.
Instructions say 20-25 mins per 450gm + 20-25 mins.
That's 2.5 hours isn't it? They'll be in roasting bags so I'm not worried about them being raw but worried about them being over cooked. Seems quite a long time so help please!
