What can I do with leftover Christmas pudding mixture (uncooked)?

Yes yes, I know I should've made a pudding months in advance... but I'm making one this morning. Have only got one pudding basin, and loads of uncooked pudding mixture leftover. Can I freeze it? I love Christmas pudding so I would happily steam another one in a few weeks' time...

I'd buy another pudding basin tbh and cook it now. It will keep for months once cooked. It might freeze but I've never tried it so wouldn't like to say.

I'd make pancake batter (one for thick scotch or american pancakes not crepes), stir in the christmas pudding mixture and make thick christmas pancakes. they would freeze or they could be a great breakfast for Xmas day.
