I bought a roast gammon ham joint and i'm a bit confused - presumably roast gammon means it's already been cooked so do i just need to heat it through or should it be served cold?

Is it pre cooked? If it's pre cooked you don't even need to heat it through as that would dry it out way too much ....

Where did you buy it from? Anything on the packaging?

Ocado and nothing on the packaging about cooking, surely it must be cooked as it's called roast gammon?

Does it look raw or cooked?

divingoffthebalcony · 21/12/2014 16:57

It would be obvious if it was raw, so it MUST be cooked! In which case it's ready to eat.

What does it say on the wrapper?

EssexMummy123 · 21/12/2014 16:59

Wrapper just says to keep in fridge, so I think I should be good with just warming it up
