for my mash i add milk and butter - but heard on advert yesterday you can add double thick cream?? is that right??? would i take out the milk and just add cream and butter??? and if so how much. urgent as potatoes are on already. thanks

Dh does it with double cream and butter. It is delicious but I only let him make it oncein a blue moon.
