Bobotie-any one recommend it?

I've got some left over duck, and found this recipe. www.foodnetwork.co.uk/recipes/duck-bobotie.html
Has anyone had it before? I don't want to waste the duck on it if it isn't nice, just not sure about the eggy bread texture in it. Tia

Likewise, never made it with duck, but I love bobotie. Mmmm, now I want some for dinner. Pity my fridge contains leftovers which need using up for dinner tonight!

That doesn't appeal to me at all but I am not a fan of sweet and savoury.

It didn't taste too sweet, more like a mild curry. A good way of using up left over meat
