my sister is off on holiday and gave me a bunch of ruby chard. any tasty ideas what to do with it, please?

trim the dirty stalk ends but keep the rest of the stalk!
Chop roughly, steam or boil for about 3-5 mins,
gorgeous with mash type dinner as a green veg, excellent with knob of butter and nutmeg.
I love it, full of iron, tastes gorgeous
